Driving Force Sports Performance
Scott Paul, B.SM, CSCS, PES
Driving Force Sports Performance was started by Scott Paul, who received his Bachelors of Sport Management from Brock University in 2003, went on to becoming a professional boxer and is working on completing his Masters of Science in Human Movement from A.T. Still University. A Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength & Conditioning Association and Performance Enhancement Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, Scott has worked with many top-level athletes, including players from the Toronto Rock, Buffalo Bandits and Rochester Knighthawks of the National Lacrosse League. Scott has also worked with many teams, including work as the former strength and conditioning coach for the Buffalo Bandits and Six Nations Chiefs, the strength and conditioning coach for the 2012 Creator's Cup champions Ohsweken Demons, the 2013 Creator's Cup champions Iroquois Ironmen and multiple minor hockey teams, lacrosse teams and soccer teams in the Niagara region. The former professional boxer is a coach for Niagara Falls Boxing Club and a sprint coach at athletics niagara.

Dr. Nicholas Slowinski
Dr. Nicholas Slowinski, is a graduate of the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC). He graduated Cum Laude from CMCC with Clinic Honours. Prior to CMCC, he attended Brock University, and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology (Honours). He completed his Neurofunctional Acupuncture certification at McMaster University and is certified in Active Release Technique (ART). Dr. Slowinski integrates multiple therapeutic techniques including motion palpation, myofascial release, neurofunctional acupuncture and manual adjusting to treat various musculoskeletal conditions. As an avid martial artist, gym rat and hockey player, Dr. Slowinski has developed a special interest in the care of combat and strength athletes. A true sports fan, when not in the clinic he can be found catching a game, or enjoying the great outdoors. He also is a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NCSA and offers his chiropractic services and Strength and Conditioning services to the athletes of driving Force Sports Performance.

Kyle Heddle, B.PE
Kyle studied physiology with a background in Physical Education and Fitness & Health Promotion at both Brock University and Niagara College. His experiences include working with a wide variety of populations including clients with Parkinson's disease as well as designing and instructing strength and conditioning classes for Mixed martial arts fighters. He has also worked as part of the SNAP program for kids offered at Brock University where we design fitness programs for children with disabilities.

Tania Mannella, PT, BSc, DPT
Tania Mannella, PT, BSc, DPT is a physiotherapist at WIN Health Solutions and helps the athletes at Driving Force Sports Performance. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree from Queen's University and Doctorate in Physiotherapy from the University of Buffalo in 2004. She has been practicing physiotherapy for 11 years. She has a special interest in orthopedics and women's health. Tania blends her love of her work and personal interests through her love of running, soccer and volleyball, health promotion and being active with her three young children.
